Well if it was an AR pistol you should be good to right?
I'm guess this would only apply to AR RIFLES?

Yes. Remember, federal-law-wise, you can't go rifle->pistol if it was originally a rifle.
Any rifles made past the 10/1/2013 cut-off.

All of my SBRs are Pre-Ban (29") requirement so, I should be good to go. Asked BATFE and as long as I go back to original configuration i can change it to whatever size and caliber I want.
