I have not scrutinized the differences.

i opened the url in Acrobat and you can view it. i have not looked at the differences.

it has worked for some and not others. I have had this problem before with MSP created apps. In PDF-X change viewer i get a warning message saying it can't view the document and to use Acrobat.

copy and paste the url into the file open dialog box in Acrobat. it will then open

Only Changes I notice are concerning Finger Prints. Prints are no longer required for Renewals and this form reflects that. Minor Changes to Out of State finger print text, font and bold.

looks like they increased the fees for security system agency from $100 to $115.

May be other changes but that's what stood out
