I need to get a collection of around 40 guns appraised. There are a few C&R guns, but nothing rare or exotic. Most are modern firearms, and I just need a written estimate of secondary market value from someone I can call an "expert." Any suggestions?

Contact Steve at Atlantic Guns, Be sure to tell him what type of appraisal you'll need. Meaning is it for Insurance claims,Market price replacement, Estate for dispersal,

All that is a factor, It's not as cut and dry as you think, The Blue book of gun values is just a start, Online is another resource but just because they're asking $$$.$$ for a gun

Doesn't mean it is worth that. You have to see what they sold for. That shows value, Steve will do all that and write it up on the stores letterhead, I've seen it used in Divorces

Insurance claims and such . He will establish a market price for you,But if your ask what he'll buy them for, well thats something else altogether, He would be making you a offer with

the internet to resell in his store to make a profit, Thats how it works
