Elk Neck's hours for a typical Monday are 1pm to Dawn but does anyone know if they consider Columbus Day a holiday?
Group of us are off work and trying plan a trip and not sure if they are open at 9am (holiday hrs) or 1pm. Tried calling numerous times and no answer or call back.
