    Just to let you know. Did a transfer at MSP Westminster last evening, Sgt said cannot release until the paperwork comes back not disapproved. Tried to explain the 8 day thing to him, he said it used to be that way but he was told it changed. Another case of msp personnel making up the rules as they go along. Of course, we will transfer as legally specified. Just wanted to let you guys know

    I don't even know why it's up to debate. Just read the form you guys signed. The form spells it out on the back.

    When I went a few months ago we were told 8th day.
