I think maybe if there is any blip on your SS# investigation they might contact a reference or two.What the hell is up with this whole provide references thing.
Of course they'll have to do it by snail mail.

I'm filling out the application now. For those of you who have already done this, did you put your SS# on the form? It says optional but I don't want t be denied for not supplying it.
that's why it says optional. you cannot be denied solely because you opted out of providing it.

I know that, I was just giving a piece of info to the new guy for his reference.. 
I prefer to not give out my SSN period, and... I sure as hell don't want it printed on some card I carry, in case it's lost or stolen, etc..

Yes, as long as you haven't had a VA permit previously revoked and are 21 years or older.

Envelope they sent it back in was so tiny, lol. No letter or anything. Just the permit.
I think at the beginning of this thread someone mentioned the size of the envelope the permit comes in. It's not much bigger than a business card.
those NH people are frugal types.

They must not like you. Mine was hand-delivered by the governor and arrived in a big silver box with a bright red bow and a key to the capital city inside. When asked to comment, I referred them to my press attaché, who referred them to my rabbi, who blessed their hearts but could say no more.

i cant believe how simple this is to get. just fill out a form and mail it with a check lol.
Funny thing is a certain IP is trying to charge 100 dollars in addition to NH 100 dollar fee to send this out and give a Course on it LMAO

IF you can fill out a form and have 100 bucks in your checking account, you don't need any help.

I didn't think my wife &.daughter needed handholding, but they did . Of course I could have done so initially for $0 , but my time was more critical to me .
