Use to be when I signed in to MDS the WC forum was available right away.

Now its not.

I have to sign in to MDS and navigate around b4 the WC forum becomes available.

Virus?
Settings?
Phase of the moon?

I know the site owner made some changes yesterday to a default of 10 posts per page. maybe this related.

double posts, that is a very old Chrome issue, no changes made to anything that would cause that for sure. I simply made 1 change to 1 setting making a 20 a 10.

Flush your DNS if you have double posts and clear cache
That normally solves the issue. Just helped a mod on another forum do the same, most his posts were doubling

type cmd under search to get to the window

I'm using Windows 10 Pro and Internet Explorer 11.

All of a sudden Today at about 12:00pm when I signed in this weird stuff started.

It truly is like the browser went into some kinda' major delay mode.

Press the Windows key and "r" at the same time. Type "cmd" in the windows that opens and hit return.
