Really? That's what I get for not paying attention. Now I know.

And then I had questions as to which trigger to use. It was then I found out that Geissele would void the warranty if I used their trigger in an AR9.
I have Geisseles in both my 9s. Haven't broken one yet. I know they won't warranty their FCGs if used in direct blowback guns. They can be harsh. However, they are nice in AR9s. If it breaks, throw it away and put a pack trigger in it. Stuff breaks and wears out.

Same. Geissele triggers in both my AR-9’s.
Any more news on the Scheel buffer? have put one in my cart about 5 times now, but haven't bought one yet. Will definitely snag one if it runs reliably, and makes a big difference in recoil, but it's pricey, worried about wearing into the aluminum tube, and not sure how much of a difference it makes vs a RDB setup or a well tuned blowback setup.
Same here
Thank you guys for your in put, the verdict is that I'm basically passing on the Olympic, seems the issue is the work great until the don't, and then nothing can get them working properly again. Still thinking about the Anderson complete upper, have been looking at possible getting a PSA AR-9, and just switching out and adding the parts I want (think M16A2). Let me know if you guys have any thoughts.
Didn't you originally have a problem with one of their uppers?
I have an SSA-E in the gun I’m playing with. Maybe I should put a milspec trigger in….Have built a few AR9s, GLOCK dedicated lowers. The best for the money so far is the Aero EPC9, nice set, good controls, LRBHO is a simple wire linkage in the upper and completely reliable. I used Taccom BCG/barrel, feeds everything flawlessly, runs 100% with no tweaks after the build. The short stroke bolt is fast as hell, light recoil with 10oz buffer and 308 spring. It didn't run all that well with a Geissele GRF, hammer follow from getting bumped off the sear. That trigger runs fine in Long stroke AR9s. I found the Hiperfire PDI trigger, and it runs awesome, has a bumper, light crisp break, and enough sear/disconnector engagement that it doesn't inadvertently double or hammer follow.
