If impeachment proceeds and Roberts presides what, if any, impact might that have on this and/or other Supreme Court cases pending decisions or actions? Any ideas? Is it just a matter of impeachment duration? Any speculation as to whether or not the impeachment articles were withheld to impact this and other cases before the court, in addition to electoral and other political issues? Thoughts?

Shouldn't have any impact from what I heard. The Supreme Court meets in the morning and that's why the impeachment proceedings don't start until 1:00.

Come on Supreme Court, render us a decision!

The States are going bat-shyt crazy with proposed gun laws; and we are going to see some irreparable harm, if not loss of life, in the near future.

    Do your job.

I was thinking the same thing this morning. SOMETHING has to curb the madness.

Waiting until the last week of June to release the decision indicates the best possible outcome for us, as it means a case the Court felt was worth arguing over and has likely changed constitutional law.

The pleas for preliminary injunctions will fly like mad between 1 July and 1 October.

We can only hope they are watching the madness at their back door in VA and MD, and make a more sweeping ruling than a very narrow one.

The SCOTUS has a opportunity to save lives by ruling for strict scrutiny and put the brakes to tyrannical democrat overreach. Its not the LEGAL gun owner they need to worry about its criminals with firearms...why not pass a law 10 years W/no parole or plea for violent crimes committed with a gun..

Because in no time all these A$$hole politicians would be out of a job. If you keep criminals in jail ya run out of crimes that need new laws to fix. :sad20:
