Investigator for MSP contacted the guy who made the death threat and he said it was a mistake. Just a whoopsie, no big deal.
Up is a southern Calvert County transit employee who was threatened at work.
MSP Applicant's name was not mentioned in the threat. Determined no criminal charges to be made. Will be through collective bargaining agreement. Applicant applied for peace order, but it was denied because it was more than 30 days past the date of the incident. No specified threat, so denied.

Next applicant. Pharmacist at VA. Tried to renew and was denied. Talking about type of patients. Been threatened and following.
Also a pharmacy director for MJ dispensary. Cash only because can't get a bank, due to federal law.
Prior military. Still holds other permit and had other permits in the past.

MSP said it was not a renewal. Part time at MJ place and full time VA. Business owner said applicant is rarely there. Owner said would not sponsor permit, but if came to the office more the owner would.

Prescribes medication, all kinds, even the Strom stuff. Works in crappy neighborhoods and carries narcaine (can spell that either). Letter from employer described threat, but does not officially support. Brother has gun store and recommends she get a permit. Shows proof of depositing checks. MSP said she could no provide proof. Also secretary for kennel club. Signs checks for them.

Board asks about drugs. Said no, but narcaine. Vice chairman recommends stet docket to allow the applicant to provide more information.
