I find it very odd not only do we have no news in this bill, but no news on any of the other bills. Surely we are not letting 350+ bills become law without even a feckless complaint about them.
Any news about a veto on the Friday before a long holiday would be buried. Could be thats the idea, not sure.

I think I might have posted a response on the wrong thread. It was in response to the Prescription medication bill the GA passed. Somehow they have it in their head that Maryland can force pharma companies to bow to their wishes on price control. In reality it will just mean inventory controls and shortages for Maryland residents.

While I am glad for the veto, I think he acted out of fear, probably thinking about running for another office.

No maybe about it, the override will be the the first order of business, five minutes after the session starts. In January. Gives us 7 more months for SCOTUS to get the job done once and for all.
