I should be training exempt. It seem to demand a certification uploaded, but I don't fave anything to upload. How do I get past that page?

In the very beginning, did you select HQL training exempt as the license type? If not you will have to go back to the beginning.

I chose the training exempt. Using the exemption of the regulated firearm prior to the start of this craziness. I also have a hunter safety course. Is there an online something that needs completed? Seems I remember a multi choice somewhere.

There should be a field to enter the make/model and serial of a handgun you have registered with the state police.

There is no requirement that your firearm has to be registered with MSP. Only that you legally possess a regulated firearm. The statute only requires legal possession, not previous registration with MSP.

    Statute 5-117.1
    .
