OCJ if you ever want to dump an SKS let me know. I've gone long enough without owning one

It is collections like yours that keep me from getting started on a single type. So far i just have one each of my firearms.

What are you talking about....I remember when I had a superior SKS collection LOL

I dont think that mine is all that, i have a few good pieces but many of them came from friends a little older than me who started collecting years before me so they gave me a little better deal than average.

There are some guys over on the SKS boards that have insane collections.

Ill let ya know, right now i do have A like new matching Norinco i could part with but other than that the rest are keepers unless i upgrade. I have owned 30 or more SKS over the course of collecting but i am down to the more rare ones to hold onto at this point.

Here are some better photos of my K Sports parka paratrooper. Note the bayonet lug is completely milled off all the way to the sight. Also the strange arsenal number. I cannot make it out because of the parkerizing. Looks to be a 386 but not positive.

That is special right there. I’m assuming the guys on SKS files know you have that one? They keep a registry of the North Vietnamese rifles.

    Yup they know.

Thanks! Just won the bid on a nice wood stock paratrooper on GB. I’m sure I’ll post that one up too when I get my hands on it. Wish I still had my old Izzy, Sino Soviet, ghost, and Romanian. I’ve had quite a few over the years at one time or another.

Well that is about right. The free speech of the founding fathers was continually limited by the British but they were smart enough to know that any form of free speech in the future needed to be protected by individual citizens which resulted in the second amendment being the second most important amendment. Also, note that many of the Dem Crime Party 2020 candidates (at all levels) discuss there is no need for a particular firearm. I do not recall the word NEED being used in second amendment.

My new Norinco Para. I’m kind of crazy about this one.

Cool, I always wanted one but never owned one myself. I just listed two of my like new all matching Norincos on consignment at fire for effect LLC in Pasadena . I gotta put some money back in the bank after buying a big ticket item.

Nice. Seeing your posts I’m sure it’s something great.

Dad got one way back in the 80s. They're handy rifles

I’m thinking mine might make a trip or two into the woods this year.
