Found what I wanted on JAB Andrews (I'm an Air Force Vet). Got a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. The seven day waiting period to actually come back and pick the gun up.....are they usually done on time? This Friday (tomorrow) will be seven days. Just wondering if I will get a chance to take my new girl to the range this weekend.

These laws in MD make me want to move back to Florida. Well the weather too.

For me it's been on time except my last purchase was screwed up and my wait period had to start from scratch. Love the 19, my favorite!

My "not disapproved" emails from the MSP usually show up right around sunrise. That's enough time for a good cup or three of coffee before finding an excuse to run some morning errands that happen to be near the gun shop. Barring strangeness of the calendar/holidays or a very unusual mess, you should be in business on schedule. Now it's time to go across the river and get yourself some mags!

Thanks for the responses. The wife is getting annoyed with me running up to Andrews every day after work buying shooting stuff in anticipation. I'm gong to go to VA this weekend to get some magazines.

“Not Disapproved” by 6am. Don’t forget to get your collections “license”, allows you to buy more than 1 at a time and avoid paying additional $10 fee.

First thank you for your service to the best country in the world. Welcome and enjoy your first handgun purchase. I went to many good air shows at Andrews Air Force Base.
