We'll be open at noon, and we'll close today when a) we're out of handguns, or, b) we're out of customers.
We'll be open again Monday-Saturday our (new) normal hours.

Don't have price for the Skorpion on hand, but I really need to sell those three S&W Governors today because I've told myself "Well, if there's one left over at the end of the day, I guess I can figure out how to afford it, and I'm sure the wife won't mind just one more...".

Thanks for staying open today guys! I was able to come in and pick up one of the Magnum Research 1911s as a last minute purchase. The process was quick and easy, the staff was very attentive, and the shop was nowhere near as busy as it was on Saturday when I had to turn around and leave since there was no parking left and the line was out the door. Can't wait to pick it up on the 30th

I thought the same as you but some "expert" here took me to task on that. Vehemently said 9/23 was the cut off. I was firmly reprimanded. So who's right? I hope you

I'm having a hard time locating the COMAR reg, but here is how I recall, roughly, the 7 day wait verbiage: if the 7th day falls on a sunday or a holiday, then the dealer must wait an additional day. I know for a fact that we have been called on the carpet for selling handguns on a monday and delivering on the following monday.
I would love to continue selling handguns today, but the owner says it's a no go. Since he has been specifically reprimanded for dealing monday to monday, I don't expect his position to change, unless I can locate information to the contrary.

Does anyone have a copy of the old COMAR regs that specifically outline the 7 day wait? I can't seem to locate the specific statute, although MSP always seems to have it handy when doing an audit...
