So I got this supposed "Polish" Ak parts kit a while back and have not been able to find anything about these markings on that appear to be various all over each part. I need to know what country(s) these markings belong to so I can figure out which nations parts will work when building the kit. Thanks.

They look like Polish proof marks to me. Is this from a milled kit?

EDIT: in case it wasn't obvious, proof marks are added in the factory... essentially acceptance stamps. The older the AK, the more it will usually have, sometimes they went through numerous inspectors due to the lack of automation. Old Polish AKs had great fit and finish. I'd try to stick with Polish parts, but failing that you can pretty much swap parts from any other country as needed as they were (generally) built to the same specs.

Here's a picture of the same spot from a gun that I built from a Polish parts kits. Looks like random machine marks on my gun... I never read much more into it than that.

Polish guns are known for being heavily marked with "hieroglyphs". My 1983 Radom AK has a few but my RPD has loads of them. Earlier Polish guns seem to have more than later ones.
