    Nice H&R Joe.

I don't think I've posted my H&R in this thread...

.22/45 stock out of the box, but my favorite for the range!
TruGlo red dot for my old eyes.

New Savage Mark II TRR-SR for my early Christmas this year

Ridiculously accurate out of the box, no bore sighting, nothing, installed scope and adjusted it up a notch during this first group with Blazer bulk ammo:

Then wifey took a shot at it (basically a once a year shooter).

Second 10 shot group out of this rifle at 25 yards with bulk ammo by my wife ... this is a 1 1/2 inch target sticker

    Me likey .... :party29:

Mark II with Primary Arms Micro Dot ($60), Volquartsen Bolt Tune Up Kit ($31). This target was shot with Remington Wildcat ammo. Next time I am breaking out the match Eley. I could not be happier with this set up. Offhand, put the dot on the target, fire, and watch the dot disappear because the bullet will punch out the hole. I shot 325 rounds of Federal AutoMatch on Friday. 100% reliable.:)

This is 8 shots 10 yards:

This is more or less the sight picture, you do not actually see the front sight:
