I have a valid New Hampshire Non-resident permit allowing me carry rights in PA, etc. which I visit regularly. As New Hampshire is now a permitless carry state will they renew my license when it's due? Why would they (will they) issue or renew non-resident licenses now that they are permitless? Thank you....

1 Because there is demand for them.
    2. Because those people are eager to send good $$ to the State of NH .

And because it would take the legislature to act to remove the non-resident portion of the statute. Unless the statute is causing a problem, you can bet it'll never be removed. Our laws (aside from gun laws) are so plentiful because stuff never gets repealed even though it's completely obsolete.

Just got mine in the last month. I'm sure they won't want to give up the income stream.

Yes, they will. I renewed mine a few months ago.

They are permitless but if a NH resident wants to carry in another state, he/she needs a NH permit.

They will continue to issue them.
