Pretty hard to actually get in a cops pocket book. The agency assume's 99.9% of liability in these financial suits.
That’s the problem.. Lack of individual responsibility for following their first responsibility to the constitution...

Here is what I SAW. We were told we could go over to the “other“side one time and cross the police line marked by police tape. If we crossed the line to get back to “our” side we would be arrested. Rack crossed over the line AND WAS ARRESTED BEFORE HE RECROSSED THE LINE. However some of the NRA protesters came over to our side to converse with us so they didn’t have to shout over a 35 ft no mans line. Here’s where it gets real dicey, they were escorted by police back over to their side with no arrests. So we now have two problems. 1.separate but equal” sides, that didn’t go over to well in the Supreme Court if my memory serves me well and 2. arresting someone for an “illegal “action that they had NOT yet committed. OUR civil rights were violated by forcing us “ to the back of the bus” and not treating the crossing of the arbitrary line equally.
Next time pack up everything and move to the other side to continue the individual dialogs. The cops heads would explode.
I think it’s sad FCPD is probably sitting around congratulating themselves on what a great job they did and not the least bit concerned they trampled on the 1A

They are being congratulated by the higher-ups because that is PRECISELY the job they were told to do.
Rush just mentioned Hogg Hitler showing up at the NRA with armed security.
These people just don’t ever see irony in anything.
The Hypocrisy-it stings
Is there photographs or video of his hypocritic and his goon squad ?
I have carried this post over from this “NRA Arrest” thread to the “NRA March” thread.
This thread’s best use is to mount a legal battle to insure that Patriots can move freely at peaceful demonstrations!
We are not done.
If there is a battle somewhere in America to prevent the police from creating political cattle pens for opposing groups.... well then, let that battle be in Fairfax County.
With a little search help, I will soon have a lawyer that wants to take my case to make the argument that the police CANNOT create NO-GO ZONES in otherwise peaceful public spaces. If police ordered Americans to never leave their homes to achieve "high levels of safety" for themselves and others, that would be a "success", but then America is long gone.
Welcome to the legal system in the US...
They arrested a youtuber not long ago, for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Cop has a personal issue with that youtuber that owns a very nice mustang.
Pulled a fast one on the kid, arrested him on a Friday night, $70,000 bail, no judge until Monday to throw out the arrest. Stuck on the weekend in jail.
On purpose.
They have to follow orders, just like soldiers. Albeit not the same level of discipline but the blues have each others back and tend to follow orders from higher ups.

Just curious how much time they are allowed to think this through since this line was fairly fluid. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go directly to arrest who I say. Just a thought. However, not being held personally responsible for their actions (lawsuit) and following the order will not get you fired, Ones hand is forced to follow all orders, no thinking necessary.Read my posts... I don't think that we are in disagreement.
I NEVER said that I agreed with the decision to arrest. I agree that it appears that a police commander chose who to arrest and who not to arrest. It is quite possible that it was an illegal arrest. In fact, if you go back and read my response to the arrest, I suggested a possible lawsuit.
All that I am saying is that the line officer was likely ORDERED to make an arrest. The line officer is not allowed to disobey a LAWFUL ORDER from a superior. It is a lawful order if it is not inherently illegal. If the commander determined (rightfully or wrongfully) that RnR committed a crime, it is a lawful order. The line officer has no discretion.
I was offended by someone comparing this arrest to the Montgomery Alabama violent, illegal and shameful use of dogs on peaceful protesters in 1963.
R&R are you looking for an Lawyer pro bono? If not, is their some way that folks that would like to contribute to a defense fund for you could do that?

Pleased to report that after being released from police custody outside the NRA, a noted MDS member stepped up and donated $100 for my legal defense the moment I finished my remarks for some assembled cameras.
I will check with him to see if he is OK with going on record providing material aid to insurgents, LOL,
The Camp Freedom Defense Fund has been jumpstarted with $100!
I am honored to know that folks want to help. For at least the next week, announcing a pledge here keeps the drive alive. Later, we can announce which trusted MDS member can be the trustee of this generosity and collect donations for me.
My arrest subjects me to A CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL IN FAIRFAX COUNTY DISTRICT COURT on Tuesday, August 28, at 9:30. I have the opportunity to subpoena witnesses on my behalf--in writing--by August 18, so those of you who heard the Fairfax PD's ever-changing declarations of what their "police line" meant, please keep that morning open to help me (us) if you are able.
I have often asked you for prayers, and to hold me up when I feel that I am about to buckle. You've never let me fall.
Can you help me with this new hill to climb....
They do not have to follow unconstitutional orders, actually they are obligated to not do so.

Just show me where/how to donate and I'm in for $100 :
