This is the EASTERN SHORE forum. While I like the pictures of the Yots in your AO. It doesn't help a damn thing hearing about the Western Shore.

They are all over Aberdeen Proving Grounds and Edgewood area running both sides of the railroad tracks. I've listened to them singing at night while on exercises.

One popped up this morning. Exact same spot I saw one 2 years ago. I'm thinking all this rain might have flooded him out of his den. This is in Salisbury. When you watch the whole video it's definitely a coyote and not a dog.

There are quite a few in Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Arsenal. I saw two myself in early morning hours doing work there. Plenty of acreage there to hide and feed. Saw a flock of turkeys and huge buck there recently.

I hear them most mornings when I'm getting in my car to go to work (4:45AM). Saw one mashed on the median just north of the Monocacy on I-270N a few weeks ago.

I have a few fox's on my property and heard them yelling late last night. I'm guessing they were trying to either to warn the others, claim their land or chase it off. Didn't hear the coyote.

I shot this one in QA county in my deerstand while deer hunting this season. Don’t know how to change the picture orientation so you will just have to see it sideways lol

He looks fairly big in that pic - did you weigh him?

Nope didn’t weigh her. She wasn’t that big. When I shot her she jumped up in the air and then died in the stream she was next to when I shot her. She was soaking wet and looks tiny in this other picture.

I live in Church Hill but shot this on a family farm in the Centreville area near Ruthsburg. Can you PM me where you saw the dead one this weekend?

I was told by a reputable pal lives just outside OC MD. He saw a Coyote, just few miles short of the Assateague Island exit... Sorry don't know the road name.

    On a hill in Wv
Had one at the farm in Taylorsville. He was cutting across a cut corn field stalking a flock of crows. By the time I could retrieve a rifle from the barn he was long gone. Need to install a rifle holder on the New holland next time ill be ready.

That's extremely close to home. May have seen one this spring here...seemed to be lacking fur (mange perhaps), wasn't sure what it was, too big for a fox.

They are definitely growing in the amount of sightings. I have been here my entire life and never saw a coyote until I shot mine. Saw a different one on the same farm the week before I shot mine.
