    I doubt that would qualify as an HBAR in MD, however. Going to need a much bigger and longer comp on the barrel as that weight is going to make the 5.56 kick like a .308. Like shooting a 6# magnum rifle. Having built AR-22s at 3 lbs. even I guess its possible. I don't consider a 2 MOA AR as very desirable or a fixed stock you can't personalize to the length you want at least.

    Looks cool to me but it's a rather niche solution to a problem Kel-Tech has already solved.

    Granted the SU-16C is a pound heavier but the stock folds into a smaller package, and it's a heavier barrel.

    That thing looks like it'd be whippy as hell after a few shots.
