House Bill 96 came out of subcommittee last night. It wasn't my subcommittee so I only have superficial information. I am attaching the image of the bill that was sent to me. A quick look shows this may impact hunters and sportsman. Please share and mobilize!

So now it looks like it’s a background check for private sales . Looks to me like they took everything else out including the licensing.

Sounds like, if you reasonably think the person is prohibited, don't sell it. Pretty much what happens now for most private sales. Didn't see a mandatory background check phrase?

Delegate Grammer-. Thank you for letting us know about this. This speaks volumes about how much you care about the 2A issues most important to your constituency.

Keep up the good work, we support you.

Thanks Delegate Grammer! This gives one a sense that some representatives do their homework and not just listen to some type of "handler". Kudos.

Looks like the "Dangerous Substance" as a term, does not include Marijuana so they want to throw in a "Not-Dangerous Substance" clause ....... For good measure.

Since it is obvious they are still shaping the text above as in complete rewrite, I'm going to hold onto my comments.
