I realized today I need a longer backpack. Unfortunately, once you get past 22" you get into the big money side of the house. While perusing LA Police Gear's site, I started looking at sling bags. Nothing I'm carrying will spill any liquids, so I started poking around and found this http://www.lapolicegear.com/511-56134-covrt-m4-bag.html Not really useful for what I was looking to originally use it for, but I like the concept and could use it for EDC of one of my AR pistols. The longer version http://www.lapolicegear.com/511-covrt-m4-pack.html seems a little ridiculous but could hold one of my longer SPRs with collapsible stocks. The best part of both of these is they don't scream tactical to anyone.

True, but since I can carry here I'd prefer 30 rounds on tap versus the 8 rounds I usually carry. Plus pocket carry of my carry pistol makes my britches sag.
