Years back, I asked for suggestions for a off duty gun that my agency approves. I said they only allow 4 brands.....Sig, Glock, Smith, and HK only.
Well I was getting everything but those choices.
I stopped asking for suggestions. It doesn't matter how clear and specific your OP is.

Gas stations charge you the cost to replace the supply that you purchase. Prices are set to replace in inventory what is sold and the cost to running the business. This is basic economics.
