Lots of Stupidity in Fell's Point Last Night

Evidently there is a video of someone in a minivan ramming into cars and buildings (maybe ran over someone) and then a separate incident of 2 people shot in the head and someone else shot in the big toe. Does anyone have info on what the hell was going on last night?

from what I got on facebook the driver of the van was getting assaulted inside a bar so he tried to leave and then he was followed out of the bar and the video picks up from there. the driver was under the influence
