    Question for the FFLs.

    I purchased a PS90 prior to October 1st. I am interested in purchasing a receiver with barrel from a member on another forum with the intention of submitting a form 1 to SBR it. Can this be transferred into MD as is?

    I would say no because the gun in stock form does not meet OAL compliance. we have to ad 4'' I believe to make it complainant with the law.
