    No less then the 3rd thread on this TERRIBLE idea!!!! They could only get UP TO 9K a year so not 12 as the article makes it seem and the last article I read said they were setting aside 1.5 million for the program with around half a mill going directly to "participants"

    Read the study. 20% were rearrested for gun crimes and 20% became victims of gun crimes. The study was 200 people
