Well, I do not think that was the case. It has been the law in Delaware since reciprocity was passed that Delaware residents needed to obtain a Delaware permit and could not rely on another state permit. The AG's website said as much last year. I think the Delaware AG tried to nullify recognition of out-of-state permits for non-Delaware residents but pulled the change upon further legal review.

    This is correct.

Keep in mind that the special election for Bethany Hall-Long's vacated Senate seat is this Saturday. http://electionsncc.delaware.gov/special.shtml

    Vote John Marino.

It's been 40 years that the Dems have controlled the DE Senate. If Marino wins that ends. Anti-gun legislation should be essentially out the door in DE.

GET OUT AND VOTE IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE!!!! This Saturday, Feb 25th.

Ok, I have read every page of this thread and also read the posted statements from Delaware concerning NR permits. Sorry, but I still have to ask....is the Utah NR permit still honored in Delaware right now(March 22, 2017) and will it still be honored after September?
