So much skill, yet so much luck involved. Like was said in video, one puff of wind= miss. Still VERY cool! 10 seconds transit time?

Was reading yesterday where some guys hit a 3X5 target from 3.4 miles away. Legit shot, they had posted video of it. Wish I could remember where I saw it but the flight time of the bullet was either 14 sec or 17. The shooter actually reloaded before the bullet struck the target.
