Which other thread? This should be zero different from any other stripped reciever, which don't require an HQL, right?

We're still relatively far out if this comes to fruition. Design has been tweaked a bit, but it's a huge outlay time and money wise, so things have been slow.

This one won't be cheap, so extra time to save is a bonus.(based on my assessment of their quality, obviously high, and what other manufacturers charges and assuming a full rifle build )

I can always build the can while waiting.
