    Could be that they are dotting their i's and crossing their t's with MSP re no HQL need, if I understood a different thread correctly.

    Which other thread? This should be zero different from any other stripped reciever, which don't require an HQL, right?

    This one won't be cheap, so extra time to save is a bonus.(based on my assessment of their quality, obviously high, and what other manufacturers charges and assuming a full rifle build )

    I can always build the can while waiting.
