Went to the Howard County show today, not really buying but I'm addicted to looking. Found a couple A5's but nothing impressed me enough to open my wallet.
Getting ready to leave and stopped by a table that had a couple Remington Model 11's that I had looked at earlier, noticed an A5 that I somehow had missed the first time thru, looked like a nice original gun, looked it over and for all appearances was an original 1934 all numbers matching gun.
So anyways decided to buy it, serial number 162236, appears to be all original finishes, normal dings for the age, screws not buggered, nice original blue with wear at carry points.
Goes really well with my original 1903 A5.

    You're such an addict:)
How many shotguns do you have?

I'm almost down to 3 Guerini guns. Still have a Browning BT-99 Plus and a Guerini with Kohler tubes in an Americase I'm selling.

Thanks everyone, have not been buying much but when you find one this old in original condition its hard to pass up.

Chooks, your right, the butt plates are made of horn and usually have insect damage.

Alan, can't count that high:D I am selling guns slowly, have a beautiful Winchester Model 12 Skeet 12 gauge, interested?:D

I'm thinning the herd, not increasing it. Quit tempting me:)

Every time I see an A5 I check the serial number, I want one of those <10,000 ones you posted about a year or so back
