You ain't f'ing kidding. Just got put on hold, estimated 29 minutes.
That's nothing. I was on hold for an 1hr and 15mins
Unacceptable.
My initial estimate was 29 mins. Every 1-2 mins you get an update and it went from 29, 27, 22, 27, 25, etc. It got down to about 18mins from the initial 19 but I had already been on hold for 25 mins
So it could have ended up being an hour, who knows.
I gave up as I had something to do and couldn't wait any longer. But it means I probably won't be ordering any more uppers from PSA.

If it makes you feel better, I have seen purple m16s before, I think they might have been Bushmasters but I am not sure.
