    It is what they must be seeking out, no? A total grind, as vehicles saunter over streets. It would cause so much back up the only solution would be to lift the restrictions.

    Or make cameras that cite for going to slow... BRB going to patent the un speed camera.

    As an ex-DC Mayor said, it's about revenue not safety. You might get them to get rid of them because they aren't paying off, but then I think they'd just get creative like the slow-cam or like MoCo does, drop the speed limit 10 MPH in 25 ft or so and put a camera there.
