    i recently moved and now i need to update my trust's address. currently there are no items in the trust due to my lack of funds. anyone know what is required to change the address of a trust?

    Did you give a copy of the trust to anyone? You said there were no items in the trust, so I'm thinking not. If it is not on file anywhere, no one but you and your attorney knows what the address is in the first place, so you can change it quite easily as long as the address never appears on a page that is already notarized. If it does, or if a copy exists that is out of your control (at a gun shop, for example) then you'll likely have to go through the hoops to change it.
