    This Saturday Nov. 12th 10am-2pm we are offering a extremely affordable HQL class. FINGERPRINTS & BACKGROUND INCLUDED. One stop shop to get you up to speed on handgun safety and use. You will get your certification to be allowed to purchase a handgun in MD. Military and law enforcement are exempt from the the class but still need fingerprint and background. $60 prints & background for those exempt individuals who stop by Saturday.     You might just want to recheck your facts there...

    Retired Military Members, Police, and Retired Maryland Police Officers are completely exempt from needing the HQL. Including the fingerprint portion. With their "retired" ID, they don't need the HQL.

    But folks like me who have a hunter safety certification are exempt from the training portion.

    When reading his opening, that also jumped out. Then I read your post, for sure loads of misinformation on HQL.
