    Is the same thing that the MGA was fillibustering at the end of the regular session last year? I thought it died at sine die....

    sorry to break it to you, but they already do. You pay a higher electricity rate so that they can subsidize solar energy development. Its a de facto electricity tax thats used to fund solar energy. You also pay a separate surcharge indirectly to subsidize wind generation.

    Perhaps with these rain taxes, the liberal sheep will start thinking - but they probably buy into the kool-aid.

    storm water management - and next will be carbon tax on breathing - to protect the bay.
