    All I see is the base cap falling out. What happened to the rest of the casing?

    As a mechanic supporting a Battalion of M1 Abrams we had to keep a floater around. A floater is a tank that maintenance kept around to swap out in case another tank went down and needed maintenance. We had to qualify that tank at gunnery and I was the loader. Yes those rounds are heavy. Good memories.

    How heavy would you say? Loader looks like he could use some gym time handling them
