    Thanks, Chad. Great advice, as always. I like the SLR gas blocks; have on on my HM rifle and it runs great.

    For clarification: is your buffer spring recommendation good for pistol gas system with pistol buffer tube? I'm using this buffer tube...

    Pistol buffer tube on the SB PDW brace is the same length as a standard carbine tube. We recommend using a Tubb's 300 Blk spring in it.

    UPDATE

    Swapped out the bolt and ran two 30 round mags without a hiccup (locked back on the last round.)

    Not a gas problem, after all. :thumbsup:

    Thanks, everyone, for the help. I'm going to replace the extractor and ejector (and springs) on the original bolt.
