If he's doing such dangerous things , that's why we have statutes for conspiracy and sedition .

Heck, there are plenty of radical groups we know participate in political violence , such as various Antifa chapters, John Brown Gun Club, Socialist Rifle Assn , New Black Panthers, etc . Are they being 'flagged ?

It's hard to believe this passes muster.
Well, I have a neighbor who has one of those evil assault cars. A Dodge Demon I think, that I need to take from him for the public safety. Way too much power, and an average commuter doesn't need this much speed or power. Only police and certified race car drivers need them, after training and background checks.

What I find hard to understand is why there aren’t significant court cases challenging these laws yet. It seems to me it has to be a violation of due process at least. Have I just missed them? Are we going to be stuck with these laws for the next decade or more?

Young man who is the black sheep of the family gets a red flag/ risk warrant called on him because he wanted to use his aunt's address as a ship point for standard capacity mags

https://www.wnpr.org/post/his-aunt-s...t-risk-warrant

What's concerning is, the aunt made a connection between desire to own "high capacity magazines" and mass shootings, as if one causes the other. Given the media's ability to confuse the public about guns and gun laws, I can imagine that being well within the law could still could get one caught up in this madness.

They can't and won't be challenged, because doing so would mean you are for evil people doing evil things, or so I've been told. The poor old COTUS is just that old and outdated, or so I've been told. The Republic as it was founded is no more and won't be returned to its former glory all societies eventually fade with how many people are on the Pagan party train these days maybe its for the best.
