Sorry I don't have any single photos of my one lever gun. The pump .22 next to it might go in this catgory also? The lever gun is a new Marlin 39A and the pump is an OLD Winnie model 06. The rest are my other .22's

    Some nice looking .22's
one question if I may ask what is the first bolt action on the left and the one next to it? I'm looking a reasonably priced 22 target rifle.

I found them a Savage 2 Winchesters nice.. I want one

You reload for any of your guns?
I've got plenty of .44 mag 180jhp, 240jhp, and some lead 200 SWC
    -Mike

A friend of mine loads for me and indeed all of my .44 ammo is handloaded. Trying to get a good load for both the 1894 and my Super Blackhawk and they seem to like the 240gr JHP's and heavy LSWC.

My Blackhawk likes 2400, CCI Large Pistol Mag, with either, the 240 LSWC have gas checks on them, I don't remember the loading, but they are pretty accurate, burn clean, there are 2 loadings one is pretty stout, the other is like everyday shooting. Not home now but will get the powder weight for both.

I'll be re-building a 336 into a .38-55, hopefully with an octagonal barrel and full-length magazine tube. Depending on what my dad wants it will be wearing a walnut or laminate stock shaped/finished by myself. I'll be sure to take before/after pics... it may take a few months but it will be worth it!

That is by FAR the most pimpin'est lever rifle I've ever seen. Too bad someone ruined the screws and didn't take better care of it overall. :sad20:

Yeah have to agree with you the engraving is great, but the screws, the overall finish and you find this on a lot of firearms where they either use the wrong screwdriver, allen wrench, or over tighten everything. then when you get it to try and tear it apart you are unable to. because they did use the proper tools and locktite oh my god, they don't know what a "drop" is

Of all the threads to resurrect, this one deserves it.

Firstly, because it didn't get enough attention the first time around.
Secondly, because after rewatching Firefly all the way through (I've been home sick with the flu), I realized that I had no pictures of my new lever action.

Here it is, an 1895 Cowboy in .45/70 Govt

Patience Grasshopper... Two out of my three were bought on "can't pass up" deals. When money gets tight, people tend to discard these kind of quickly.

    That's what I did...:sad20:
But at least I sold it to a friend, so if I ever really get hurtin for it I can borrow it from him.
94 30-30 trapper, mid 70's, very pretty gun...
    I miss it

My pistol calibers, Rossi/Taurus in .38/.357 but it may go very precise (though shoots way high) but chews brass up I am going to go over the chamber and see. Hate to get rid of it. The other is my Winchester .45LC trapper havent had a chance to get it out to the range yet.

Below is a photo of the 1895GS I picke up off a fellow forum member. Cleaned and lubed it, ready to go to the range.

Lever guns are about the only thing I will buy right now, looking for that Mint pre-safety Marlin or Pre-64 Winnie and .30-30 at a steal of a price. A Winnie Trapper or Marlin in .357 As common as they are I will find one someday. That and an 1894P (and only a P will do) and I am set.
