When I did mine, they didn't sell kits only individual parts. I installed the trigger and hammer springs, trigger bar, metal feed ramp, rubber sleeve on the tube and rubber grommet on the cocking handle. The trigger bar and springs made a big difference. They gave me a crisp trigger let off and shorter reset.

One of the first things I noticed when I took home my Sub2k gen 2 is that the plastic trigger very slightly rubs against the plastic trigger guard.

The red dot is mounted on a UTG High Mount riser. It's like $10.

The sight I bought it an ATS.

Both are inexpensive but have held up well.

I just did a laser/light combo on mine. The red dot seemed like a hassle. Buying a $150 mount and then a red dot that sits 3" high off the barrel. The folding feature is my main reason I bought it.

I didn't do the mcarbo mount. The utg riser has a wing nut for easy removal. Its $10.

I've got a TLR 2 laying around somewhere. Might have to try it.

After taking the .40 apart and cleaning it, it functioned better but not great. Too many light strikes.

I was in Atlantic Guns yesterday and mentioned the issue to one of the salesmen. He said used guns come with a 90 day warranty. Their on site gunsmith will make it right.

That gave me warm and fuzzies!
