I'm putting my house on the market at the end of the month, and I need a few things fixed quick. I need someone to scrape off the old decrepit caulk on my exterior windows and recaulk, also scrape the loose paint off the window sash and throw some paint on it. House is an End of Group Townhouse in Arbutus, total of 4 singles and 2 doubles on the second floor, 2 singles and 2 doubles for the first floor. Looking to have this done quickly. Won't be a hard job, I just can't use a ladder. Can text or email pics if that would help. Can also trade firearms or ammo instead of cash if you'd rather do this on the side and not have your wife find out lol.
