There is nothing better than reading a well-reasoned judicial opinion that agrees with one's own.

Very cool, one big step in the right direction!
I won't be getting a gun permit but I'm glad Maryland is catching up(although slowly) with the rest of the country.

So in 14 days is it time to request a hearing from the board if it been past 90 days?

If it were me with an app pending (and I do have an app pending), I would sit tight and do nothing with respect to the Board. MD will not go into contempt so if the injunction is allowed to go into effect (i.e., if the CA4 has not reimposed a stay pending appeal), MD will comply.

Does this mean that in 14 days, those of us who have been interviewed, should start watching our mailboxes? Does anyone think this timing has anything to do with the theater shootings in Colorado?

My only concern is that MD will still sit on those applications until the 4th rules, which could be months and months away. I was thinking of going the board route to force their hand to make a decision before the 4th gets to issue a stay or overturn the whole thing.
