    I am curious what the difference(s) is (are) between the RIA VR-60 and 80 as several shooters compete with the VR-80’s in our local 3-gun matches. And, I was ogling a Vr-80 for $549 at the Dunham’s Sporting Goods store …

    One thing I’ve learned from the PAINFUL EXPERINCES of others is: anytime you buy a mag fed shottie, BUY A LIFETIME (or 2, or 3) SUPPLY OF MAGS FOR IT. Some of them can become Unobtainium rather quickly … !

    The VR-60 has a different operating system. There's a reason it's cheaper.

    This is not as true as it used to be. There are plenty of people making mags for the most popular guns these days, especially Saiga 12-alikes.
