    My and my son both drew permits. Going to take a friend and his son, just have to decide where to stay/hunt. Any place to take a travel trailer near Garret State Forrest? Any place with better chances of shooting a bear? I'm not really interested in hunting bear but my son is all about it. Trying to stoke his interest in hunting while he is young.

    Been in the lottery since its inception- and still not drawn. I'll be too old and gimpy to make use of it if I'm ever drawn, at this rate!

    I didn't draw a tag but my bear hunt bud did & his son as well,so we'll have twice to scout with two teams . 1time be out that way camping, base 4 scouting near Swanton.
