    He bought all those guns legally. Many of them he had background checks done on.

    It should be illegal to lie while testifying in front of a legislature. No one should be able to provide testimony unless under oath. That woman is outright lying about buying guns online free of background checks.

    Sounds like he owned that gun for years. HB768 wouldn't have even covered him. It was received from their dad. HB768 exempts family transfers...

    But he also would have easily acquired it years and years before his "mental decline".

    Oh really? There are plenty of people who are institutionalized for 30 days and longer.

    Mental health laws don't work. But, the same people responsible for creating mental health laws will certainly be able to create gun laws that'll work.

    What a dipshit this guy is.
