I am in the market to purchase in the near future an EAA/Tanfoglio Witness in 10mm. I am down to between the Elite Match or the Elite Stock III.

After looking through the roster, I am confused if either of these are legal for sale in Maryland.

google is your friend, I am not.
ok, i lied, I have two. What does it say about me I forgot about a gun I own...

I have a polymer and Elite Limited in 10MM. Veeeery sweet guns. I am not partial to the extended mag well so I took it off and put regular grips on it. Eats everything I feed it from cheap Armscor to Buffalo bore. The polymer is finicky with ammo.

whats the difference between the II and II stock?

These guns are unicorns, you will have to order from an FFL.

The III has a straight barrel (so I can add a 6" barrel if I want to hunt with it) while the II has a cone shaped barrel. Also, the III has an accessory rail. Also a few other cosmetic features.
