Probably. I'd treat the carbine like it is, cleaning-wise.

The .30 carbine was never produced with corrosive primers. However, the Communist Chinese did produce counterfeit Lake City (LC) that was corrosive and Berdan Primed.

As stated above USA produced .30 carbine was never corrosive.

All * USGI * .30Carb ammo has been non-corrosive from day one . And high degree of confidence for any USA mfg commercial ammo . Over the years plenty of ammo produced by/ for foreign Militaries , and never say never .

Got all there was. It was from a friend of a friend moving to Hawaii and he was basically liquidating everything he didn't want to move to Hawaii.

Why can't I ever fall into a deal like this. Worked with a couple people that always seemed to have deals fall into their laps. AAAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHH
