    It seems like reciprocity changes so much , what are the current accepting states of these permits for non resident? is there an advantage to one over the other? I currently have a maryland carry as well, THANKS

    Then no way to carry in Florida unless you are resident? just trying to see which is better Utah or Florida

    You can only carry in FL on a FL NR permit. FL does not recognize NR permits from any state.

    FL also requires live fire. (Except Hunter Safety). UT does not, but requires a UT certified class.
