I seen 15 deer when I went shooting tonight in a watermelon field no fawns that I seen they probably drowned because of so much water pooled up. There out there somewhere probably bogged down in the mud where I'm at.
Couple of lone gobblers still strutting on the way.

I've seen days old fawns as late as dove season and that's in Sept...

Checked the trail cams and it looks like we have at least one fawn around.

I still haven't seen one fawn yet. Sika all over the place bucks sprouting up nicely and in abundance but no fawns. I think its because its so damn muddy you just may not see them in a field. Lot of grass up high too.

There was a fawn walking through the browse just above the impact area on the 100-yard range at AGC yesterday morning. A few weeks ago I saw a doe and its fawn moving across the Trap Range before opening time. Other than that I've seen less wildlife this year than in years past.

I haven't seen a fawn yet this season, several deer out in the back field almost nightly but no little ones.
